This is the best radish kimchi I've ever had. It has a slight sweetness to it which is phenomenal.
After just one month of fermentation, this sukbakji (radish kimchi) develops the exact same flavor you’d get at a traditional seolleongtang (ox bone soup) restaurant. The crisp, tangy radish with that perfectly aged depth. it’s the real deal. If you’ve ever wished you could recreate that authentic Korean restaurant side dish experience at home, this is it. Highly recommend!
