Shipping & Delivery

All orders are freshly prepared and typically ship within 3–7 business days.
Orders placed right before weekends or during holidays may take 4–8 business days for delivery.

Every order is packed with insulated liners and ice packs to help maintain freshness during transit.
Please note: our packages are not shipped in refrigerated trucks (UPS/FedEx standard delivery). During warmer seasons or longer transit times, ice packs may thaw — this does not affect the safety or quality of our sealed kimchi.

For best results, please refrigerate your kimchi immediately upon arrival.

Shipping Limitations

Currently, we only ship within the 48 contiguous United States.
We do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories due to high shipping costs and extended transit times.
