Shipping Policy

Every order is made fresh and carefully packed to ensure the best quality and freshness upon arrival.

We ship all orders via FedEx 2Day Shipping and schedule shipments based on destination to help avoid unnecessary weekend transit delays.

Washington State Orders

• Orders placed Monday–Thursday before 12 PM (PST) typically ship and arrive within the same week.
• Orders placed after Thursday 12 PM (PST) will ship the following week.

Orders Outside Washington State

• Orders placed Monday–Wednesday before 12 PM (PST) typically ship and arrive within the same week.
• Orders placed after Wednesday 12 PM (PST) will ship the following week.

Please note that shipping schedules may vary during holidays or severe weather conditions.

All orders are packed with insulated liners and ice packs to help maintain freshness during transit.

Because packages are shipped through standard FedEx delivery services (not refrigerated trucks), ice packs may arrive partially or fully thawed. This is completely normal and does not affect the safety or quality of our sealed kimchi.

For best quality, please refrigerate your kimchi immediately upon arrival.

Shipping Limitations

Currently, we only ship within the 48 contiguous United States.
We do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories due to high shipping costs and extended transit times.
