So glad Seattle Kimchi is back! Their “fresh kimchi” is so crisp and flavorful that once you start eating, you just can’t stop. The taste takes me back to my childhood in Korea, sitting next to my mom as she made kimchi and asking for “just one more bite.” Now I’m thrilled I can enjoy that same kind of fresh, homemade style kimchi delivered right to my door. Best of all, it’s delicious both fresh and as it continues to ripen and ferment. Truly the best kimchi!
